Structural CAD Technician

(Full or part-time)

£25,000 – £30,000 p.a. pro rata

We’ve had an extremely busy start to the year and need an additional member for our CAD team as soon as possible.

This is a unique opportunity to join a small, growing team, working on a wide variety of projects from concept to completion across all construction sectors.

If building structures are your thing, you enjoy detailing projects, have excellent interpersonal skills and a great work ethic, we’d love to talk to you..

What we’re after:

We’re looking for someone who can producing clear, accurate structural drawings using AutoCAD, ideally with:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a CAD Technician in either a structural and/or civil drawing role
  • Excellent AutoCAD skills
  • A highly accurate person that pays attention to the detail of their work
  • Minimum Level 3 CAD or HNC (or experience if appropriate)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, written and spoken English
  • Desire to constantly learn and improve
  • Competent with Microsoft Office

The role is based at Thorpe Park Leeds (thorpeparkleeds.com) – a well-supported Business Park with essential amenities, close to homes and with excellent transport connections.
