Riverside Mills

Jameson Consulting were engaged to deliver the conversion of two existing heritage buildings in the corner of The Riverside Mills development which was under construction by Redrow Homes.

The part demolished buildings originally housed workshops, offices, industrial processes or plant equipment.

Following an initial site visit and client meeting to review the brief and scheme, Jameson provided a scope of works, structural survey and inspection of building, scope of items for repair, strengthening or replacement, preparation and design of substructure and superstructure tender drawings for buildings and underground drainage tender design to connect into local site drainage.

Jameson continued to support the project throughout the works, attending site meetings across the 30 week program, providing construction stage design resolution and final inspection.
